A tourist bus traveling from China to Ussuriysk slid into a ditch, killing two people. About it reports press service of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Primorsky Territory.
“According to preliminary information, the tourist bus was traveling from China to Ussuriysk. Having lost control, the bus slid into a ditch. At the moment, there are two dead and many injured,” the message says.
In total there were 48 passengers on the bus. 17 people were injured, 13 of them are in moderate condition, another four are in serious condition.
It is clarified that three ambulance teams are working at the scene of the accident. The victims were hospitalized at the Khasan Central District Hospital, and a helicopter from the Territorial Center for Disaster Medicine also flew to the scene of the incident. At the RIA Novosti hospital reported about more than 10 casualties received.

Prosecutor’s Office of Primorye started checking after an accident. According to the department, on the afternoon of October 16, at 74 km of the Razdolnoye-Khasan highway, the driver of a tourist bus lost control and drove into a ditch “with subsequent capsizing.” The prosecutor’s office said that there were 51 passengers on the bus: two died, and more than 10 more received injuries of varying severity. They confirmed that the passengers are citizens of the Russian Federation.
