In Magadan, the head of a kindergarten was convicted of the death of a child

On Tuesday, December 26, the Magadan City Court handed down a verdict against the defendant, who held the position of head of the combined kindergarten No. 58 in Magadan, who was found guilty of negligence leading to the death of an eight-year-old child.

The court found that the woman allowed a large accumulation of ice to form on the roof and eaves of the kindergarten building, and also allowed citizens to move freely around the territory of the institution.

On December 4, a minor entered an unfenced dangerous area near the kindergarten building and touched an ice formation hanging down to the base of the building to its entire height. Because of this, the ice fell on the child, as a result of which he died at the scene of the incident.
