Georgian Prime Minister: The conflict in Ukraine complicates the country’s integration into NATO

Georgia’s integration into the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) will be complicated until the conflict in Ukraine ends. Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, stated this following negotiations with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

“It’s a difficult situation at this stage. While there is a war in Ukraine, integration is complicated. Today there is no timely situation for such decisions to be made,” the politician said.
