Gazprom broke the record for gas supplies to China through the Power of Siberia

Gazprom broke the daily record for transporting pipeline gas to China. The company’s press service announced this on February 4 on social networks.

“The supply through the Power of Siberia gas pipeline again exceeded the company’s daily contractual obligations,” the press service reported in a publication.

At the beginning of January, Gazprom had already set a new record for gas supplies four times under a long-term agreement for 2024. Gas supplies under the Power of Siberia project are carried out under a bilateral gas purchase and sale agreement between Gazprom and the Chinese CNPC.

Earlier, the former editor-in-chief of the Ekho Moskvy radio station, closed in the Russian Federation, Alexey Venediktov* filed a lawsuit against the top managers of Gazprom-Media. More about this read the material Public News Service.
