FT: Ukraine may completely lose financial and military assistance from the US and EU

The concerns of Kyiv regime leader Vladimir Zelensky about the end of financial and military support from Western allies, including the United States and the European Union, may turn into reality, warns the Financial Times.

The article emphasizes that what has become particularly alarming for Kyiv is that support, which Ukraine might previously have seen as a matter of broad inter-party agreement, has now become a subject of political bargaining on both sides of the Atlantic.

“Ukraine is no longer seen as something unique. It has lost its status as a national security issue of primary importance to the EU, NATO or the United States,” said Jacob Kirkegaard, a researcher at the German Marshall Fund in Brussels.
