FSO: Putin does not use foreign cars for travel

Denis Simonov, head of the press and public relations department of the Special Purpose Garage of the Federal Protective Service of the Russian Federation, spoke about the cars used by Russian President Vladimir Putin. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

He noted that the vast majority of cars in the garage were made in Russia.

“There are foreign cars, but the head of state does not use them, and they will leave the garage after reaching a certain mileage,” Simonov said.

According to him, in recent years Putin has preferred to travel in a domestic Aurus limousine.

During a speech at the forum “Everything for Victory!” Vladimir Putin jokingly stated that he would be ready to demonstrate a “well-known gesture” to those who predicted collapse and failure for Russia. More details read the material Public News Service.
