France, Germany and Poland will announce the fight against “Russian disinformation”

The foreign ministers of the Weimar Triangle countries (France, Germany, Poland) intend to announce a project to combat Russian disinformation on Monday, February 12. Stephane Sejournet, head of the French Foreign Ministry, told Ouest France about this.

“Our three states are victims of the same strategy of destabilization. On Monday we will announce new cooperation against disinformation and Russian information attacks,” the minister said.

Sejournet separately emphasized that the foreign ministers of the three countries will explain to the public the tools of disinformation “in a transparent manner” and will also provide “evidence.” In addition, the ministers will talk about “sleeper operations” and “tools” used by Russia during the elections.
