Foreign Ministry: The UN Court fundamentally refused to recognize the Russian Federation as an “aggressor state”

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the International Court of Justice of the United Nations did not recognize Russia as an “aggressor state” and, thus, “did not follow the lead” of the Ukrainian leadership. TASS writes about this.

“The International Court did not follow Kyiv’s lead and fundamentally refused to recognize Russia as an “aggressor state.” The court also rejected Ukrainian insinuations that the DPR and LPR are allegedly terrorist organizations,” the report notes.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Kyiv did not stop prisoner exchanges after the attack on the Il-76.
