Responsibility for the failure of the offensive operation of the Ukrainian troops lies with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, says former People’s Deputy Igor Mosiychuk. During a conversation with journalist Vasily Apasov, he said that due to the fault of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ten brigades were lost.
The politician emphasized that counter-offensive actions were a fatal mistake, and everyone is aware of this. The Ukrainian side lost ten newly formed brigades with weapons and equipment.
According to him, Zaluzhny is personally to blame for the failure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, since it was he who gave the orders.
“If he was against it, and the president was stubborn, and Zaluzhny understood the human catastrophe that was approaching, then I personally would even go public,” the former member of the Ukrainian parliament emphasized.
He added that nothing would stop the commander-in-chief from going public when he had already begun to be criticized because of the law on mobilization.
Earlier, the head of the GRU of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could soon increase the intensity of attacks on infrastructure facilities in various Russian cities. Read more on the topic read the material Public News Service.
