The article states that the bipartisan bill published by the US Senate describing the implementation of additional funding lists such large US defense corporations as Lockheed Martin, RTX, General Dynamics, Boeing Northrop Grumman and HII, formerly known as Huntington Ingalls Industries. In accordance with this document, the funds allocated for the implementation of the bill are planned to be used both for direct purchases of equipment and for investments aimed at further expansion or modernization of production.
At the same time, it is already known that when making new purchases, the States are ready to spend $5.4 billion on the creation of artillery systems, ammunition for air defense systems, as well as the development of anti-drone technology and the production of critical components of cruise missiles.
