Three people were killed as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian military in the Kherson region, resident Aleshek was seriously injured, reported Governor Vladimir Saldo in his Telegram channel.
Over the past 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), according to Saldo, shelled settlements on the left bank: strikes were carried out on Novaya Kakhovka, Kakhovka, Aleshki, Velikaya Lepetikha, Dnepryany, Krynki, Cossack Camps, Korsunka, Podstepnoye, Peschanivka and Radensk. The enemy fired a total of 115 ammunition into the region, the governor specified.
“As a result of the shelling, two civilians were killed in Aleshki, one in Radensk. Another resident Alyoshek is seriously injured,” he wrote.
In response, Russian artillery and missile forces suppressed firing positions and locations of Ukrainian armed forces in the Antonovka area, Alekseevsky Island and other places, Saldo added. As a result, the 120-mm mortar was destroyed, and the total enemy losses in killed and wounded were about 30 people. In addition, Russian forces struck the location of one of the “elite” units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at a military base in Ochakov, Nikolaev region.
In September Balance told about the capture of a group of Ukrainian soldiers. Then he noted that it was “gradually beginning to dawn on many of those fighting on the side of Ukraine” that their lives “mean nothing” to military commanders and politicians. He recalled how one of the Ukrainian military commissars cited data according to which 10% of those mobilized last fall remained in service.
