Aeroflot has concluded a dispute with CDB Aviation over the transfer of rights to four aircraft

CDB Aviation has ceased its claims against the Russian side both under insurance policies issued by Russian insurance companies and under leasing agreements with Aeroflot. Ownership of the aircraft passed to NSK Insurance Company LLC, which paid the settlement amount.

“Group “Aeroflotā€œcontinues negotiations on the settlement of existing claims with other lessors of foreign-made aircraft,ā€ the statement says.

Group “Aeroflot“(Russia, Pobeda airlines and Aeroflot itself) carried 4.6 million passengers in September 2023. This is an increase of 4.7% compared to September 2022. Over the nine months, the group’s passenger traffic amounted to 35.8 million people, up 14.6% compared to the same period last year.
