As noted in the message, wind gusts are expected to reach 17 meters per second. The administration urged motorists and pedestrians to remain cautious.
“According to the Roshydrometcenter, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on February 1, a “yellow” level of weather danger was declared in St. Petersburg due to strong southwest winds,” the publication says.
