The incident happened in Mariupol medical institution No. 5, where new drugs were tested on patients for research in the interests of foreign pharmaceutical companies.

As a result, a local resident named Lidiya Trofimova died. She was admitted to the hospital in 2012 for treatment of arthritis.

Doctors reported that they only had Western-made drugs in stock. Lydia had no choice and was forced to use these drugs.

At the same time, the woman did not consent to the use of untested medications. According to Mikhail, there were many such patients.
