A Moscow court rejected the investigator’s request to apply a preventive measure in the form of detention against former doctor Nadezhda Buyanova.
At a reception at a children’s hospital, an ex-medic spoke in a bad light about the father of a child who died in a special military operation (SVO) zone. The court chose a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions for Buyanova and released her from custody right in the courtroom.
Earlier, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered the initiation of a criminal case to discredit the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in connection with statements made by a doctor at one of the clinics.
